The owner actually lives in a nearby apartment with his family of five (although they are around 24/7). Clean, simple, small (120 - 160 square feet), air conditioned rooms all renovated in 2015 - with All NEW: safes / mattresses / bedding / towels / plasma t.v.'s (8 channels of cable - but mostly in Spanish) / mini-bars - and in a PERFECT Old Havana neighborhood location, less than 2 blocks to: half a dozen quality eateries (including Havana's best "Paladar los Mercaderes"), cafes including one for all things chocolate, and even a brewery next door in "Plaza Vieja", not to mention dozens of Havana's most popular sites, and the cruise terminal. Telefonica is across the street from "Hotel Raquel" - at their "tour desk" from 9-5, and across from public parking garage for overnight parking of your rental car. Our "Havana Representative" (a Cuban who speaks English) is located at Telefonica and acts as a concierge for Telefonica guests. Breakfast included - lunch, dinner and laundry services available at extra charge. All five rooms have a private bath - four rooms the bath is inside the room, the other one is just outside the room. NO smoking allowed on the premises.
